Refund policy

Due to the nature of our Shampoo Bars, all sales are considered Final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personal care items once they have been opened or used.

However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at returns@wildonesstore.com with your order details and photos of the product. We will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit if the issue is verified.
